HS Enterprise Ltd.® (HSEL) is a 28-year old established, reputable and trusted organization in Bangladesh working relentlessly to provide quality and competitive products and service to our customers. HSEL is a pioneer in the automotive and power products sectors. Founded by Lt. Col. A.S. Helal Uddin, psc (retd) in 1983, initially it was a supplier of goods to Defense Services, Asian Development Bank Projects and to various government and autonomous bodies. Currently, HSEL is a market leader of motorcycles, commercial vehicles, generators, CNG stations and conversion in Bangladesh and exclusively distributes internationally reputed brands such and Honda™, Changan™, and Jialing™.

HSEL is one of the first organizations in Bangladesh to receive license for assembly for both motorcycles (1987) and commercial vehicles/mini trucks (1999). Situated on a 10 acre (30 bigha) land in Sreepur, our motorcycle assembly line is equipped with chassis welding, engine assembly, paint and testing facilities. In addition, our vehicle plant is capable of assembly, paint and body making of 1500 vehicles annually. Our modern paint shop with heat treatment room is reputed to be the best in the country. Our commercial vehicle assembly line has been established by technical experts from a major manufacturer of vehicles in China, who has joint ventures with Ford™, Suzuki™, Mazda™ and Volvo™. The locally assembled dual fuel EMMA brand delivery vans and human haulers (Tempo) have earned fame as a workhorse, giving excellent payback to operators.

EMMA Motors® is a sister concern of HSEL which has been established in 1997 to expand into retail sale of automotive and power products. Currently EMMA Motors has 40 showrooms in Bangladesh, solely distributing world renowned motorcycle, generator, and commercial vehicle brands like Piaggio-Zhongshen™, Jialing™, Honda™ and Changan™.  We have a strong network of spare parts supply and trained mechanics to provide excellent service to all our customers.

HSEL and EMMA Motors provide job opportunity for four hundred employees. We stand by the principle of giving back to society.  “Capt. Helal Education Trust” has been setup in Sunamganj District in 1997 and provides scholarships to over 500 students of the region. A high school has been setup in Laxmipur and a college in Bangla Bazar in Chattak Upazilla which operates with HSEL funds. "Helal Vata" is provided monthly to 250 destitute freedom fighters of the liberal war in Shunamganj, Chattak, Doarabazar and Bashtala areas since 1998. In 2008, a Chattak liberation war Sub-sector Memorial has been setup at Bashtala on 40 bighas of khas land with active participation from HSEL.
